Intentional or Waisted Vibrations Collection
Our custom, luxury body adornments are curated by hand with an obsessive attention to quality & details. Before packaging your order, each completed adornment is cleansed with an alkaline water-based bamboo essential oil and blessed with positive intentions by the presence of sage.
Custom orders are specifically "Made for You" and during the design consultation (optional), you will have the opportunity to select your preferred color palette, gemstones, and/or charms to incorporate in your final design. We stand 100% behind our brand and strive to deliver the best customer satisfaction.
If your purchase was within 30 days, repair will be complimentary if damage is confirmed by design only. We are all human and accidents may happen but please be careful as the adornment is tested for durability before received. For purchases before or after 30 days, we will evaluate the condition from emailed images to ensure the adornment has not been misused or damaged by the client to provide a quote for repair (starting at $10) as our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
We want you to be aware that exposure to harsh chemicals or environments will result in compromising the integrity of your adornment. This includes, but is not limited to the following: perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, etc. We also offer cleaning services tailored for our adornments upon request.
If an adjustment is needed to decrease or increase the current length(s), submit an email inquiry to [email protected] to request a new invoice for return shipping ONLY! The first adjustments is FREE for all returning clients ($15 value!). You all come with dope energy supporting our small business & we have to send gratitude right back!
